Congratulations Misty Moore, Therapy Aide, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Misty began her journey at Swiss Villa in February 2022 in housekeeping, where she quickly established herself as a dedicated and detail-oriented member of our team. Her passion for helping others and her unwavering commitment to our residents’ well-being inspired her to pursue a new path. Misty went on to earn her certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a role in which she provided compassionate and expert care to countless residents.
Driven by her genuine desire to make a difference, Misty continued to grow, transitioning into her current role as a Therapy & Wellness Assistant. In this position, she is a constant source of encouragement and support, helping residents regain their strength and independence. Whether she’s assisting with exercises or simply offering a kind word, Misty’s positive attitude and tireless work ethic uplift everyone she encounters.
In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her significant other Freddie and her 3 kids. She is an avid beekeeper and loves all things outdoors, although she claims her favorite hobby is shopping.
Misty’s career path is a testament to her incredible work ethic, her compassionate heart, and her commitment to continuous improvement. She embodies the very spirit of the Quest for Excellence Award, and we are incredibly proud to recognize her for her outstanding contributions.
