Culkin Water District Originally established in 1956, we have grown into one of the largest water districts in the State of Mississippi.

Servicing approximately 12,000 residents, businesses and industries as well as schools and Warren County’s only hospital.

Did you know Culkin Water District has an alert messaging system?

The Culkin Water District Alert System can have up to 3 telephone numbers, 2 emails and a pager on your water account.

Culkin Water District uses the Iris Alert System for all alerts.
•Voice automated calls will come from a Texas area code number and may show up as spam. Culkin Water District representatives find it best to store the number in your phone. This number tends to change every so often as of July 2025 it shows up as an 888 number.
•For text messages it will show up as an 888 number & it will say (IRIS) Culkin Water District.
•For emails the subject will show up as Culkin Water District. Don't forget to check your spam folder sometimes the message may end up in spam if your email doesn't recognize the email it's coming from.

For a Water Emergency please call 601-636-9124 our answering service will take a brief message and the on call Technician will assist.

Remember if you'd like to pay a bill you can still drop off a payment in our drop box located in our drive-through and we have a 24/7 vestibule area with a Kiosk and a drop box.

THE BOIL WATER NOTICE WITH CULKIN WATER DISTRICT HAS BEEN LIFTED FOR CUSTOMERS WHO GET THEIR DRINKING WATER FROM: ANDOVER CIRCLE, COBBLESTONE DRIVE, EMERALD WAY, GRANITE WAY, LAKE FOREST DRIVE, MANCHESTER DRIVE AND ONYX CROSSING LOCATED IN WARREN COUNTY.

THE CULKIN WATER DISTRICT MAINTENANCE FIELD CREW IS WORKING AROUND THE CLOCK TO GET THE ISSUE FIXED AND THE WATER TURNED BACK ON.
ONCE THE WATER IS RESTORED THERE WILL BE A BOIL WATER NOTICE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
ANDOVER CIRCLE, COBBLESTONE DRIVE, EMERALD WAY, GRANITE WAY, LAKE FOREST DRIVE, MANCHESTER DRIVE AND ONYX CROSSING
LOCATED IN WARREN COUNTY.
CULKIN WATER DISTRICT STATED THIS PRECAUTIONARY ACTION WAS NECESSARY BECAUSE THE SYSTEM LOST PRESSURE DUE TO A BREAK IN THE WATER LINE.
WHEN A WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM LOSES PRESSURE, CONTAMINANTS CAN SIPHON BACK INTO THE SYSTEM. PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS CONSIDER ANY SYSTEM THAT HAS LOST PRESSURE CONTAMINATED UNTIL TESTS OF THE WATER PROVE OTHERWISE.
AS SOON AS PRESSURE IS RESTORED TO THOSE CUSTOMERS AFFECTED, WATER SYSTEM OFFICIALS WILL BEGIN COLLECTING SAMPLES FOR TESTING AND RECOMMEND THAT CONSUMERS VIGOROUSLY BOIL THEIR WATER FOR 2 MINUTES BEFORE IT IS CONSUMED OR USE AN ALTERNATE SOURCE FOR DRINKING AND COOKING.

It is Culkin Water District’s mission to serve our customers in the best way possible.

As many of you know Culkin Water District moved to 2970 HWY 61 N Vicksburg, MS 39183 in the fall of 2024.



There is a Drive Through which is available during operating hours

M-F 8AM to 12PM and 1PM to 5PM.

Payments: Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa/Mastercard no fee applied.

Change and receipts are given.

There is a drop box before the drive through that is available 24/7.



Foyer now open 24/7

The Kiosk accepts these types of payments:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express – variable convenience fee

eCheck – convenience fee

Cash - $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100

Receipts are given at the Kiosk.

There is also a drop box that is located to the left of the Kiosk.



Other form of payments include:

Visa/Mastercard – over the phone no fee

Send by mail

MSEZY Pay - these payments take 24 to 48 hours to process since Culkin Water District doesn't own this website.

Bank Draft – a voided check/letter and Bank Draft Form completed
