The actual time and duration of the scheduled outage will depend on the conditions encountered. This outage is expected to last 8 hours.

The Culkin Water District Alert System can have up to 3 telephone numbers, 2 emails and a pager on your water account.

Culkin Water District uses the Iris Alert System for all alerts.
•Voice automated calls will come from a Texas area code number and may show up as spam. Culkin Water District representatives find it best to store the number in your phone. This number tends to change every so often as of July 2025 it shows up as an 888 number.
•For text messages it will show up as an 888 number & it will say (IRIS) Culkin Water District.
•For emails the subject will show up as Culkin Water District. Don't forget to check your spam folder sometimes the message may end up in spam if your email doesn't recognize the email it's coming from.
