For the safety of our patients and staff, Mission Primary will be closed on Monday, January 26 due to weather conditions.

We will reopen at 10 AM on Tuesday, January 27.
Patients with appointments during the closure are being contacted to reschedule.

✔️ Present your 2026 insurance card
✔️ Bring a valid driver’s license
✔️ Complete updated patient paperwork

⏰ Please arrive early to allow enough time for this process before your appointment.
