The Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana) is a powerful standing yoga posture often used in yoga flows and strength practices. It combines a wide squat with open hips and engaged arms. Here are its main benefits:

🦵 1. Strengthens Lower Body
Builds strength in the thighs, glutes, hamstrings, and calves

Engages the inner thighs (adductors) because of the wide stance

Helps improve endurance in the legs

🧘 2. Opens the Hips
Deep external rotation helps increase hip flexibility

Although, popcorn sells have ended, donation will be accepted until the end of March.
