Story

Katherine Sarubbi is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist currently residing near the beautiful Cayuga Lake. She graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, in Rochester New York in 2015 with 1000 hours of training.

Katherine began her journey towards massage therapy as a teenager, when she injured her back playing soccer. After consulting a chiropractor, it was recommended she see a massage therapist as well as an acupuncturist to manage pain and muscle damage before receiving an adjustment. In just a couple of weeks she was amazed at the progress that was made! It was then she realized the importance of healing touch and awareness of the physical self. After a few years of witnessing that these bodywork techniques could be transformational, she pursued Massage Therapy as a profession.

Katie invites all to find their way towards self healing and awareness, and encourages you to try massage therapy on that path!
