Yes, you read that right. Instead of getting married in front of all of our friends and family with a “Pinterest-worthy wedding,” we used that savings — and then some — to bring Lumos to life.

We took a leap of faith, postponed those big wedding plans, and poured everything we had into a dream we decided to turn into a reality. (We did end up getting married a little later than planned, in a small and intimate way — and it was perfect.)

The idea for Lumos was born from my deep love of recovery and holistic health. After introducing Jordan to infrared sauna use, we both knew that this was something special — something that needed to be shared.

What started as an idea has grown into a haven for recovery and healing for so many. In just 7 years, while building our family and welcoming our three wild children along the way, Lumos has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined.

Today, Lumos is home to 8 studios throughout Central, Western, and Upstate New York, supported by communities that continue to inspire us every single day.

The risk has been real. The work has been fu***ng hard. But the reward — the reward has been beyond anything we ever imagined.

Thank you to every person who has walked through our doors, believed in us, and helped build Lumos into what it is today. This journey has been driven by a little insanity, grit, and the relentless desire to share the magic of
