We had to bring this one back.

Yes, that’s Irondequoit Bay.

Yes, we tried to cut a hole in the ice to plunge…
but the ice was thick enough for cars to drive on.

So naturally… we found a dock with a bubbler and jumped in instead.

Lucky for you, Lumos has cold plunges year-round. No chainsaws required.

A wildly glamorous peek into opening our E I G H T H Lumos studio last month ✨

(And for our day-ones… you know this was actually our T E N T H Lumos “project.” RIP to the OG Victor & Culver locations — forever legends in our story.)

It’s kind of amazing how getting to the point of actually opening the doors is still all consuming… even after doing this ten times.

But, every opening humbles us in one way or 100 ways.

Every opening we grow a little.
Cry a lot.
Laugh, mostly at ourselves.
And make a very long list of s**t we swear we’ll do better next time 😉
