🐭 A Squeak from the Shop Mouse: An Update
To our valued community and hardworking team,
I am writing to you today with a twitch of my whiskers and a heavy heart. As your faithful Shop Mouse, I pride myself on keeping our digital corners tidy and following the rules of the house. I did my absolute best to perform my due diligence, scuttling through the fine print of Facebook’s terms and regulations to ensure our page remained a safe, happy space for everyone.
Unfortunately, I’ve made a misstep. Despite my best efforts, some of our recent posts were deemed in violation of the platform’s terms of service, and as a result, our page reach has been limited. I take full responsibility for this oversight. I am truly sorry to our followers and our dedicated team for this misfortune and any disruption it has caused.
Our Plan for the Week
To ensure we get back on the right path, we will be taking a one-week hiatus from posting. During this time, I will be:
Investigating the Root Cause: Reaching out to support to understand exactly where the "trap" was set.
Learning & Adapting: Studying the guidelines more closely to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Improving the Experience: Finding new ways to make this page a better, more reliable resource for all of you.
