The packaging industry provides many avenues for career development and success. This position at BCI can serve to expand a current career or be an entry-level launching point to a great career in packaging, including positions in Sales, Supervision, and Management depending on desire, aptitude, and performance.
A typical day in this position will consist of the following, among other duties:
• Enter customer orders, confirm product specifications, oversee billing and payments.
• Listen and respond accordingly to customer needs, concerns and complaints.
• Estimate jobs using an Amtech system.
• Manage/track orders from customer PO to completion to ensure ship date has been met.
• Manage customer inventory.
