Today we kicked off the New Year with best way we know how-around the table, sharing comfort food made with love!💖

Our residents enjoyed a hearty New Year's🎆 meal featuring tender beef pot roast, Black-Eyes Peas, cabbage, sweet potatoes, and homemade cornbread. Every dish was served with a purpose and tradition:

Black-Eyed Peas symbolize good luck, wealth, and prosperity
Sweet potatoes represent nourishment, sweetness, and abundance
Cabbage stands for wealth, prosperity, and good fortune
Beef Pot Roast symbolizes strength, abundance, and family unity

A meal filled with meaning, memories, and smiles as we welcome a year of blessings ahead! 🍀
