📣Delayed Opening Notice for Monday (1/26/26)

Due to the winter weather coming 🥶, we will have a delayed opening on Monday, January 26 to allow for safe travel for our patients and staff. Our team is actively calling patients to reschedule appointments. Our office will begin taking calls at 9:45 am on Monday morning and appointments will start at 10am.

🗣️Friendly reminder for expectant HPC moms-
In an effort to streamline your initial newborn visit, please complete and drop-off the new patient paperwork for your newborn PRIOR to your first appointment. As long as we have your information and baby’s expected due date, we can input them in our system prior to delivery and allow for a smoother transition and continuation of their care.
Our new patient paperwork is available on our website at the very bottom under the “Forms” tab. After printing and filling it out, you may drop it off in person or email it to us at records@hometownpediatriccare.com
