The HealthPlex includes a state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor track, indoor pool, daily fitness classes, Crossfit gym and childcare. Since opening in 2001, we’ve helped thousands of Crossroads residents improve their health, regain strength, and build lifelong wellness habits. Today, more than 3,800 members call the HealthPlex home.

1️⃣ Starting therapy sooner leads to better recovery.
Don’t ignore your body’s “warning lights.” Waiting too long can make pain and stiffness more difficult to overcome.

2️⃣ Some mild soreness is part of the healing process.
We guide you safely every step of the way, there’s a difference between normal discomfort and true injury.

3️⃣ The work you do at home matters.
We provide a custom home exercise program and teach you valuable tools for better movement and posture. Consistency between visits is what truly speeds progress.

Bonus: After completing PT, we help you transition into a strengthening program and provide one free month of HealthPlex membership!
