You determine your mindset. That inner voice can change your mood and impact your whole day. Allow yourself to be kind to yourself and be the change you want/need. Reflect on what is in your control.

•Did you put the phone down to focus on your family/yourself?

Taking time to reflect on your day and any emotions you may be experiencing is self-care. Allow yourself to take the time you need. You deserve it. 🤍

✨I want you to remember that taking time for YOURSELF is not selfish, it’s necessary.✨

•Burnout is real. Whether it’s from life, work, being a parent, surviving.
•You need time to recharge yourself and focus on healthy habits.
•You can’t pour from an empty cup.
•You are important and deserve to be treated as a priority.
•YOU are worthy.
•We are so accustomed to the “go, go, go” it doesn’t allow us to take time and truly see where we need to stop and reflect.

Please, use some time today to allow yourself some minutes of silence or just sitting and taking a break. Therapy is also a great tool for utilizing time to focus on yourself. I’m here if you want someone to talk to! 🤍

After a much-needed pause to rest and recharge, I’m ready to begin working with a few new therapy clients.

If you’ve been wanting to explore your trauma in a safe, supportive space and are curious about how your nervous system and body hold those experiences — this may be a good fit for you. I integrate somatic practices and nervous system education to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing at your own pace.
