✨ Post-Event Crash? Let’s Talk About It ✨

Whether you live with chronic illness, chronic pain, or you’re just feeling the holiday/festivity hangover — your body deserves a moment to catch up.
When we push through big days, our nervous system runs in high gear… and once things slow down, the exhaustion, headaches, and aches show up like “hey, remember me?” 😅😩

This is your permission slip to rest.
Rest is not a reward you earn — it’s how your body heals, resets, and supports you.

🌿 Gentle Ways to Recover Today

Pick a few that feel doable:

🛁 Warm shower or bath to relax tension
💧 Sip electrolytes + water (hydration helps everything)
🍲 Eat something comforting + easy to digest
🕯️ Lay in a dark, quiet space for 20–30 minutes
✨ Do a slow vagus nerve reset:
• Mouth closed hums
• Longer exhales than inhales
• One hand over heart, one on belly, breathe slow
❄️ Ice pack or heat pack — wherever your body is calling for relief
💛 Light stretching or just shaking out the shoulders/neck

Most importantly: take the pressure off.
You don’t have to be “productive” today. You don’t have to push through just because other people seem fine. Your body has wisdom, let it lead. 🌙
