•This body has helped me accomplish so much!
•I am smart, I just think differently than someone else.
•Look at what I’ve been able to do so far.
•I may want to accomplish something so let me see how I can challenge myself.
You determine your mindset. That inner voice can change your mood and impact your whole day. Allow yourself to be kind to yourself and be the change you want/need. Reflect on what is in your control.
