My empathetic heart is bleeding. The flood news is devastating. I just signed up to be included as a referral resource for flood victims and families in Texas.

If you know someone who has been impacted by the floods and could use support in the upcoming days, months, or year, I can support adolescents and adults. I am also extensively trained in trauma informed interventions and crisis intervention and prevention. I am in network with many major insurances but will also be offering some free and sliding scale options for those in need.

Counselor friends, if you are being called to serve in this capacity I shared the link in our local counseling group.

If you pray, pray! There is power in prayer. If you’re in one of the flood zones, please be vigilant.

Teen Group Therapy is BACK!

This open, drop-in style therapy group is designed for teens ages 12–16 who are looking to manage stress, build emotional resilience, and connect with peers in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Each session includes guided mindfulness practices, practical coping strategies, and space for open, age-appropriate discussion. Through this group, teens will strengthen skills in self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy communication—while finding moments of calm in the midst of summer busyness.

No prior experience with therapy or mindfulness is needed.

New participants are welcome to join throughout the summer, following a brief intake session.

An optional workbook is available for purchase to support continued practice between sessions.

Open to Texas Residents only!
