With the support of our friendly and knowledgeable staff we provide medical care to children from birth to age 21. Founded by Dr. Felix Regueira, VPAA has been a staple in the Victoria area. With Dr. Hassan, Dr. Rafael, Dr. Bandy, Dr. Jiang, Valerie, APRN, CPNP and Elyana York, APRN, CPNP, you can rest assured your children's health will be in good hands.
