It might not be a bad idea to include social media marketing in the curriculum for psychotherapists! I am completely lost in how to build up an effective social media presence.
Would the slogan "I am a better therapist than I am a social media manager" be sufficient? No?🙂‍↔️

Anxiety comes in many forms and one type of it can present as “Sunday scaries” or the “Sunday Blues”. You know the one…that feeling that has you groaning “noooooo, I don’t want to”

You like your (insert your obligations)___________ but still feel like this…totally understandable and a normal feeling.

It is transitional anxiety you feel physiologically and psychologically. Your brain has to shift from the relaxation of the weekend back into the obligatory performance mode for the upcoming week.

With that, I wish you a good week with some things to look forward to.
