2023 - CHANGE IN OFFICE HOURS

Please note our office hours will remain the same
Tuesday thru Friday. 7:30am -5:30pm.

January 2023 Saturday Hours are as follows:

January 7 - Closed
January 14 - 8:00 am -12:30 pm
January 21 - 8:00 am -12:30 pm
January 28 - Closed

Starting February 2023 we will only be open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month. Closed on all other Saturdays.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a positive, helpful attitude.

Assisting patients in finding their way around the office..

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

Provide excellent customer service.

Scheduling appointments.

Performing minor repairs on broken or damaged glasses.

Style patients - help patients with frame and lens selections

Dispensing glasses to patients

Billing exams, glasses, contacts

To keep our employees as safe as possible, we do provide masks, gloves, face shields and cleaning supplies. We clean between each patient to help prevent spread of the virus.
