• Room Description: Fully furnished 4 bedrooms available, three shared smaller rooms ; one master shared bedroom, with full bath, walk-in closet, and cable included in the room. No deposit required.

• Population Type: Must be independent, able to provide good ADLS, be clean and sober.

• Financial Eligibility: SSI, State Disability, Veterans Benefits, and Private Pay Income are all welcomed.

• Safe and Sheltered Living Environment: Management and security protection is available around the clock.

• Utilities: All Utilities, Cable and Wi-Fi are included. Free phone usage. House hold supplies included. Washer and Dryer onsite.

• Meals: Beverages, Breakfast, and Dinner are served daily; as well as two snacks a day.

• Leisure Diversions: Therapeutic projects and groups, and social activities are scheduled monthly.

• Case Management: A Counselor is available during business hours to assist with setting appointments and providing (some) transportation assistance for medical and personal appointments.

• Not Permitted: No pets, alcohol or drugs prohibited.
