Initial Consult $150 with labs if you have not seen us before!

$100 for established patients or if you bring your own labs that have been drawn within 6 months

$50- monthly weigh in + personal meeting with Lyndsay Herrin, Nutrition Coach if desired

You will recieve your medication directly from the licensed pharmacy!
