Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease of the central nervous system that can affect movement, vision, energy levels, and daily life in unpredictable ways.

This month, we’re raising awareness, supporting those living with MS, and honoring the strength it takes to navigate each day.

Let’s lead with compassion, understanding, and encouragement—today and always.

This month, we’re taking a moment to celebrate three of the most compassionate, steady, and heart-led people on our team—our hospice social workers.

At Community Hospice, social work is so much more than a job title. It’s being a calm presence in the middle of hard days. It’s listening without rushing. It’s guiding families through tough decisions, helping with resources, offering support through grief, and reminding people they are not alone.

Thank you for the way you care for our patients and families with dignity, patience, and deep empathy. You make space for tears, you bring comfort to uncertainty, and you help carry what feels too heavy to hold.

Community Hospice is better because of you. ❤️

Do you know the difference between a Living Will and a Will?

A Living Will guides medical decisions while you're still living but unable to speak for yourself.

A Will handles your estate and wishes after you pass.

Knowing the difference—and having both in place—helps ensure your voice is heard, no matter what. Let us know if you’d like help getting started with advance care planning.
