Our Community Care Liaison Rangell Hines and Volunteer Coordinator Trudy McNair enjoyed sharing information about who we are, what hospice care looks like, and the many ways Affinis Hospice supports patients, families, and the community.

Cookies and Conversation with the fabulous group at Lakes Crossing in St. Mary’s, Ga!!

Donna, our CCL from our Waycross Team, spent some quality time along with some deep and meaningful conversations with this group.

The simple things are always the best!!!
We had some great questions about Hospice and this group enjoyed themselves very much!!
There was lots of picking on each other and laughter.
