I cant preach this enough. You are only as good as your diet. You can not out train a bad diet. Yes the cliche saying is very very true.. You can train 2 hours a day and do cardio 2x's a day and still see only minimal results. You will most certainly get stronger, but you might not "build" muscle, and you more than likely will continue to not lose weight. If you want to burn body fat, if you want to build lean muscle, and be aesthetic, take this seriously!! To start, I would recommend, at least track your food for one week, and don't cheat yourself be honest with yourself. Like any relationship honesty is incredibly important, know what you are putting into your body to fuel your journey. There is also this huge misconception that when people think "diet", it means to eat as little as possible and often times you need to be eating more food than you ever thought you did. An 800-1100 calorie diet every day is not sustainable and only hinders your progress. Don't be afraid to ask questions and learn how to diet properly. Everyone started some where, and there is absolutely no shame in being wrong either. Learn. Learn your body and go out, and set goals and become the best version of yourself. In some cases your life depends on it as well as your quality of life. I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and I would love to help you along your journey. I would love to identify bad choices with you and bad habits and create healthy decisions, and a healthier mentality going forward. Together we will create a healthier lifestyle and give you the opportunity to be who you have always wanted to be!! 💪💪
