We offer a wide range of services both to our residents and to our Vidor community including compassionate Nursing Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation Services as well as Outpatient Rehabilitation Services (Physical, occupational. and speech therapies), IV therapy, wound care and wound vac, Alzheimers and Dementia Care, the ONLY secure unit in Orange County, Respite Care, Adult Day Care, Medically Dependent Children's Program (MDCP), licensed dietary services, daily activities including fishing trips, arts & crafts, games, shopping and casino trips, Religious services and much more!
