Starting in May, I’ll be changing my days for the summer. No worries because that means I have an extra day open!

Just like every summer, I will not be working as many Saturdays but I will make sure to keep a handful open to accommodate those who work during the week.

This schedule will last until the end of August and it’s not a guarantee depending on summer activities. I may have to open a Wednesday occasionally.

I’m excited to announce that I’m officially offering hot bamboo massage! This has become one of my favorite modalities next to cupping.

Hot Bamboo Massage uses bamboo sticks of different lengths and diameters. The longer sticks are used for gliding strokes, while smaller tools are used for more specific work. The heat dissipates throughout the tissues, it assists in the release of tension and knots, providing a very effective deep tissue massage. It encourages the softening and breakdown of adhesions in the tissues, helping relieve migraines, improve the quality of sleep and manage respiratory ailments.

I just had my 2nd fassage with Heather at Lunar Eclipse Massage and holy s**t its EXACTLY what I needed. In case you are curious, a fassage is a combination facial and massage. Relax with a hot towel on your face and let your stress melt away.
