About Us:
Cure Home Health provides compassionate and high-quality home health care services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are growing our team and seeking a motivated Patient Acquisition Specialist to help expand our reach and ensure that more families receive the care they deserve.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on leads to bring in new patients for home health services
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and care facilities
- Conduct outreach calls, visits, and presentations to promote our services
- Coordinate with the clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new patients
- Track and report weekly referral and conversion data
- Represent Cure Home Health professionally at community and healthcare events

Qualifications:
