Diverse yoga classes for all levels with expert teachers in Vienna | Private yoga sessions for ind She had to find a way to heal and trust her body again.
SyteraYoga opened on January 1, 2018 with the support of 61 contributors in a Kickstarter campaign. Our vision then and now is to build and support a vibrant yoga community where students and teachers find greater positivity, joy, and health while connecting with others who share our passion for self-care. At SyteraYoga we celebrate the wonderful, whole-person benefits of yoga: confidence, strength, and compassion for your body and mind. We call it “Find Your Shine.”
Born and raised in Austin, TX, Sytera was 19 when she fell from a cliff and broke both bones in her lower right leg. Yoga was the answer. Since that time, yoga has been her life’s work. Now, drawing on more than two decades as a yoga practitioner and teacher, Sytera strives to foster a community where wellness is the path to an energizing and fulfilling life. At SyteraYoga, we believe in an individualized approach that makes yoga fun and accessible to all by recognizing each student’s unique needs. To make this a reality, we offer expert teachers, diverse classes, a service mindset, and an inclusive, welcoming community. Opening on New Year’s Day, our philosophy has always been one of new beginnings and new possibilities. While we celebrate the deep wisdom of yoga’s rich past, we also embrace the positive potential of the future. We invite you to be part of our journey, and to grow and learn with us.

🗣️ Your lower back is often whispering what your hamstrings have been trying to tell you: support starts from the base.
When your posterior chain isn’t fully engaged, your lower back steps in to compensate — and that’s when tension begins to build.
Bringing awareness to these powerful muscles & fascia can shift everything: your posture, your stability, your ease of movement, even the way you breathe.
Take class to connect to yourself today

Amanda is a gifted teacher who gives her energy fully to her students. Her voice is calm and reassuring, and she guides class effortlessly—whether it’s an inwardly focused Yin session or a stronger Vinyasa flow.
As one student shared, “Amanda gives her students space to explore what’s possible.”
She creates an atmosphere you can immediately settle into—props set, lights soft, energy grounded. All you have to do is roll out your mat and breathe.
Come practice with Amanda and experience her teaching for yourself. 🧘♀️✨
