Sun damage and redness don’t happen overnight — and neither does healthy, even-toned skin ☀️
This patient came to us with sun-induced pigmentation and visible vascularity. After just 2 laser photofacial sessions, paired with a customized skincare routine (including hydroquinone and daily SPF), her skin is visibly brighter, clearer, smaller pores, and more balanced.
She spends a lot of time outdoors, so we focused on consistent sun protection, active skincare, and maintenance treatments to protect her progress. She’s now on her long-term regimen following her third photofacial session.

Results like this don’t happen overnight, they’re the result of consistency, layered treatments, and realistic expectations over time.
This beauty originally came to me struggling with:
• Active breakouts
• Acne scarring and texture
• Uneven pigmentation
• Excess oil production
Over several years together (with a big leap once she started staying consistent at Expert Skin Solutions), we used a customized combination of:
• RF microneedling (Morpheus, then Matrix RF) to stimulate collagen, remodel acne scars, and refine texture.
• Laser Genesis to calm active acne, reduce redness, shrink the look of pores, and smooth the skin over time.
• Enzyme facials and Cool Peels to gently resurface, brighten pigment, and support ongoing cell turnover. Lighter resurfacing treatments can show progressive improvement over weeks to months with repeated sessions.

Laser hair removal is a journey, not a one-and-done treatment. It takes multiple sessions, customized settings, and a little patience to get those long-lasting, hair-free results.
Some areas respond quickly, while others are more stubborn and need more sessions or different settings, that’s completely normal and exactly why every treatment plan is tailored to your unique hair, skin, and goals. The ankle and foot are some of the slowest areas for tattoo removal because of circulation and lymphatic flow more than anything else. 👣

When the laser shatters ink into tiny particles, your lymphatic system is what actually hauls that ink away. Tattoos on distal extremities are farther from the heart, so blood flow and lymph movement are naturally weaker there, which means slower ink clearance and longer in-between healing.

This patient has already had several sessions on this ankle piece, and the progress you see is from safely working with their biology: adjusting fluence, spot size, pulse duration, and spacing between treatments so their lymph and immune system can actually keep up.

Slow area, smart strategy. We respect the limits of circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and keep tweaking technique until that ink finally taps out. 💪✨

At the end of the day, proven devices are incredible, but it’s the provider who makes the difference. You can hand a great device to someone who *looks* experienced on paper, but if they don’t understand the nuances of laser physics, skin response, and technique, results will reflect that.
