Located in Robinson, IL, Sugar Creek Crossing (SCC) offers affordable senior housing designed to foster connection and independence. Completed in 2021, SCC has become more than just a place to live, it’s a true community. On any given day, you might find residents gathering for bingo, sewing, or other social activities.

With the support of partners like the Housing Authority of Champaign County, Illinois, North Arrow Partners was proud to help bring this vibrant community to life. Designing intentional spaces where community events and everyday connections can naturally take place.
