All the test done including CT Scan, EKG, X Rays and all the blood work all negative. The conclusion is that I was tired and need to rest. Luckily I was already off tomorrow.

Unfortunately I have to close the office today because I have either extreme dizziness or vertigo. I fought thru the symptoms yesterday but today I can barely stand up without falling over. I’m going to have a friend take me to the urgent care if the anti dizziness medicine doesn’t work.

This has never happened to me before. Please pray for me.

Villa Steak & Seafood restaurant was good. I went for lunch. I had a crab cake appetizer, redfish for main & peach cobbler without ice cream for dessert. I will definitely go back for dinner options.

I’m back on my feet!! First day back on the pavement officially cleared for walking for exercise! Running is still on hold until next appointment in 3 weeks!
