WINTER WEATHER ALERT
To Our Valued Residents,
There has been a severe weather alert issued by the local weather forecasters. The area will be experiencing very low temperatures and potentially snow, and icy conditions. Please be aware that water pipes in our community could freeze. Certain precautions are necessary to avoid damage to your apartment home and those that surround you. Please take the following precautions. 1. Run a thin stream of water from all the faucets in your home. Run both the hot and cold water at a slow stream. Leave the faucets dripping until we remove the Freeze Alert signs at the entrances to the community. 2. Adjust your thermostat to no lower than 62 degrees. Open all closet and cabinet doors to expose plumbing fixtures to the warm air. 3. If you plan to travel during the Winter Season, please notify the office staff so that we can take precautions in your apartment home in case severe weather conditions occur. Additionally, if you know that one of your neighbors is away, please contact the Management Office so that we can take precautions in their apartment home. 4. Follow local weather advisories and travel at your own risk. Use special care when entering or exiting buildings and vehicles. Please remember that during a severe storm our staff and our vendors may be unable to address the severe weather conditions until the storm subsides and local officials declare roads safe to travel. Additionally, we highly recommend that each of our residents maintain renter's insurance coverage for any losses due to damage of personal belongings. Please keep in mind that the management company is not responsible for these losses due to acts of nature Thank you for your prompt attention. Please let us know if we can assist you in any way
Sincerely,
Woodward Management Partners
