Honoring You on National Funeral Director and Mortician Recognition Day (March 11)

As we reflect on the month of March, we take a moment to honor and recognize the calling of funeral service.

At Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, we are incredibly proud of our licensed funeral directors—Dana Jones Wynn, Ellen Wynn McBrayer, J. Scott McBrayer, Kelli Watson Blankenship, and Jeallin Perez—who together bring 108 years of combined experience to the families we serve. That says so much about the depth, stability, and heart of our team, and the trust our community has placed in us for over 75 years.

Today, we celebrate not only our team, but funeral directors and morticians across the country. Each of you plays an essential role in helping families navigate loss, honor loved ones, and find comfort in meaningful farewells.

This work is more than a profession—it is a calling rooted in compassion, service, and care.
