That’s a wrap 🎁 on the fall semester of yoga at Villanova ✨ Fitness classes begin again 1/12 with a week of demo classes free to try - look for the sign-up links. I will post them when they are live.

My schedule for spring:
Tuesdays 12:15-1:15pm Strong Flow Vinyasa
Wednesdays 12:15-1:15pm Vinyasa Yin Combo
Thursdays 12:15-1:15pm Slow Flow Vinyasa

Classes are back to ⭐️ 1 HOUR ⭐️ where we’ll build in new peak poses each week, while establishing and practicing a core routine & core strength sequence. All with plenty of time to breathe to start and end in relaxation. ⚡️Something to look forward to in 2026! ⚡️
