✨ Spirit – Our purpose, faith, and deepest sense of meaning. It needs reflection, growth, and alignment.

When these three work together, life feels balanced, grounded, and purposeful. But when one is neglected, everything else can feel off-center.

There is a science to happiness. There is also a cost for happiness. You have to be willing to let go, you have to be willing to forgive, you have to be willing to appreciate yourself, and you have to be willing to fall in love with being great. The part of happiness that most people struggle with is accepting the yet. The yet is focusing on the future of who you are five years from now, 10 years from now, 25 years from now and all the things you will experience.
