ICMS will be wearing pink on Tuesday October 28th to promote Breast Cancer Awareness!

If you, a family member, or a friend have been impacted by breast cancer, please come to ICMS and write your name on a ribbon and add it to our wall of love and strength. Every ribbon represents a story, a journey, and a symbol of hope, courage, and remembrance.

Martin’s Point is discontinuing some Medicare Advantage plans for 2026.
What’s happening: Martin’s Point is discontinuing certain Medicare Advantage Plans for 2026.
Who is affected: Individuals enrolled in the specific plans that are being discontinued, such as the Value Plus plan, will need to switch plans.
Why it’s significant:
• Many Mainers currently enrolled will need to pick either switch to another Martin’s Point plan, enroll in a new Medicare Advantage Plan or return to Original Medicare + Part D.
What to do if you’re impacted:
1. Watch for an official notice from Martin’s Point detailing exactly which plans and counties are affected.
2. During the next Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7), compare and switch to a either a new Martin’s Point Medicare Advantage plan, enroll in a new Medicare Advantage plan or opt for Original Medicare + a Part D plan.
3. If the drop affects you midyear, explore eligibility for a Special Enrollment Period.
4. Pay attention to your prescriptions, preferred doctors, and hospitals — make sure your new plan covers them.
