Day 441: Big thank you to Kids Cancer Alliance and all of those that support them. We had a fun family retreat at Great Wolf Lodge with all expenses paid. Carson and his brothers definitely enjoyed themselves this weekend.

Is there anyone that’s going to be in downtown Louisville today or tomorrow that can pick up Carson’s chemotherapy? (Norton’s pharmacy downtown) I can give you gas money and meet for his meds. 😬

Consider donating $6 for Max’s Day of Hope. Seth's Squad has helped Carson and I with our hospital stays. They offer parents and patients little rays of hope. Seth’s mom has also been a huge help with answering all my questions and giving me reassurance. They are only asking for 100 people to donate $6. That’s about the same as a coffee.

Day 435: Carson wants to be “normal” and play sports like other boys his age. However, having a central line port scares me. If a ball hits it, it could stop his heart. I love that we found a compromise with Blaze baseball. It’s a local special needs team. His brothers can be his protector in the outfield and he still gets to hit the ball. My boy gets to“play baseball.”

Day 434: Surprised Carson with Disney on Ice. He enjoyed it for the most part, but was weak and tired around intermission.

Day 433: Carson still has tough days.. poor lil man cried himself to sleep. He isn’t able to eat enough, so he gets feeds every night thru his G tube, along with chemotherapy. He still has at least another 11 months of this life. 😔

Carson had such a great day!!

Carson Wilson just wants to be normal. It’s been a struggle for the 6-year-old since February 2025, when he was diagnosed with leukemia.

Carson took the oath of office as The Mayor For The Day, and Mayor Duvall provided him with a special welcome. Carson was then taken on a tour of the city.

Day 421: Carson is so excited to be back at school and feeling better. We took a very quick trip to the zoo yesterday. He was still pretty weak and tired, so he only made it about an hour.
