What would you put in/on your meatloaf?

This is a “Southern Beef & Cabbage Bake” that I made tonight.

Found this recipe online somewhere while doomscrolling during the last snow storm.

I felt a tex mex vibe was appropriate, so it features Garlic Garlic, Wahoo Chili Seasoning, Seasoned Pepper and a dash of Seasoned Salt.

Cabbage, ground turkey, onions, tomatoes, canned chiles, broth, and pepper jack cheese, rounded out with Garlic Bread.
