5 Years of Gratitude
On February 1st, we celebrated 5 years of our clinic, and we are incredibly thankful. What started as a dream has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined in just five short and very crazy years.
Because of the unwavering support of our community, we have grown from just Pat and me into a full team that continues to grow. This growth is a direct reflection of the trust you have placed in our team and the belief you have had in our mission from the very beginning.
We also want to take a moment to recognize our incredible team, the clinicians and front desk staff who show up every day with heart, skill, and dedication. This clinic would not be what it is without each of you, and we are so grateful to work alongside such an amazing group of people.
Thank you for supporting not just a clinic, but a team that is passionate about serving this community every single day. We are so grateful for where we have been, where we are, and where we are headed next.
Help us celebrate by sharing, commenting, or stopping in to mark this milestone with us. We would not be here without you! 💜

Dry Needling vs. Acupuncture — What’s the Deal? 🤔💬

We often get asked this question: “Is dry needling the same as acupuncture?” Short answer? Nope!

🔹 Dry needling is all about releasing tight muscles and trigger points. Think of it as a reset button for sore or stiff areas — helping you move better and feel better.

🔹 Acupuncture is based on traditional Chinese medicine and focuses on energy flow (Qi) through the body’s meridians.

Both use thin needles, but the goals and techniques are totally different.

If you're dealing with muscle tension, pain, or feeling stiff — dry needling might be just what you need. Give us a call to see if it’s a good fit!
