With the month of November winding down and Home Health Month coming to a close, we want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to our amazing patients for trusting us with your care, and to our dedicated staff for bringing compassion, skill, and kindness into every home. On Veteran's Day we had the honor of celebrating the brave men and women who served our country within our Lutheran Living Communities family. We have 19 residents and 6 staff members (not all pictured) who we are proud to call Veterans! We had a lovely program where they were presented with certificates and pins, along with enjoying refreshments and patriotic music played by Shannon Janssen. We were also able to surprise Don and Ed Wilhelmi with American Legion Honorary Lifetime Member awards presented by the Atkins American Legion. Don has been a member for 72 years and Ed has been a member for 75 years! Thank you to all the Vets for your service! 🇺🇸

🎉 Family Bingo Night Fun! 🎉

What a great night we had at our Family Bingo Night!❤️ Laughter, friendly competition, and wonderful prizes filled the room. It was so special to see residents and their families enjoying time together, making memories, and sharing smiles.

We enjoyed a Spooktacular afternoon with witch’s brew soup tasting. 7 different soups to taste with squash soup from Justin as our winner. A new favorite of ours! Then we went to check out the haunted hallway that Tommy and Dylan decorated for the school kids yesterday. Such a fun afternoon!
