Congress is putting pharmacies—and patients—at risk. In a last-minute move, lawmakers stripped out critical Medicaid PBM reforms from the reconciliation bill but left in the mandatory NADAC survey.

These provisions were meant to go hand-in-hand. Without PBM reform, NADAC mandates will accelerate pharmacy closures, inflate drug costs, and leave communities—especially rural ones—without care.
