There is nothing like a little sunshine and fresh air to brighten the day! ☀️ Our residents have been taking advantage of the beautiful warm weather by heading outside for some light exercise and movement. From stretching to shooting hoops, everyone enjoyed getting their bodies moving while soaking up the sunshine. Spending time outdoors is not just fun—it also helps boost mood, improve energy, and support overall wellness. The smiles said it all as residents laughed, exercised, and enjoyed the simple joy of a gorgeous day together. Fresh air, movement, and great company… a perfect combination!

Our center is located in the charming town of Vinton, Virginia and is just a few miles away from one of the major hospitals in our area, Carilion Roanoke Memorial. We have been proudly serving the Vinton community since 1978. Step inside our center and you will find a welcoming atmosphere with friendly faces around every corner.

We have also received a Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the highest available. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-air rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring a successful road to recovery. We are proud to be an active part of the local community, participating in various Vinton area events and festivals including the Dogwood Festival, Senior Fair, Fall Festival, and Christmas Parade. We also give frequent health presentations and offer outreach programs within the community. We have been serving patients in Vinton, Roanoke, Botetourt, and beyond since 1978.
