What an incredible day at The Zone in Virden for the 2025 Halloween Bench Bash! From massive benches and creative costumes to nonstop energy from the crowd, this event was everything we hoped it would be and more. 💥

A huge thank you to The Zone Virden for once again opening their doors to the powerlifting community. Your continued support, hospitality, and atmosphere make every event here something special. 🙌

To every lifter who stepped on the platform, every spotter, judge, and spectator who made it loud — you’re what makes this sport great. The community spirit was unreal.
