Scripting from shows, constant singing, or seemingly random phrases are often quite meaningful and communicative for an early stage Gestalt Language Processor.
Sometimes, it’s pretty straight forward. Triangles for Doritos, I can see how we got there. Cowboy boots, that took some detective work!
Taking the time to listen and investigate can lead to some pretty wonderful discoveries about what your kids are actually telling you. Be curious! Be the detective! 🕵️
