🤔What should I wear to my light session?
We recommend something comfortable. Rooms are completely private, so we recommend being fully undressed for sessions to reap the most benefits.
We encourage members to get one of our towel wraps to wear between rooms & in the sauna for those sharing on socials! We do provide towels for your session. If you feel more comfortable wearing clothes during your session, choose loose, breathable clothing or swimsuit if you are sweating with a friend. Less is more while allowing your skin to breathe & sweat. Please remove any body oils/lotions before your session.

😎Can I Participate in Light Therapy if I’m Under 18?
Yes, our saunas are for ages 15 & up. Persons under 18 you must have a parent/guardian sign a consent form.
*We kindly request ONLY guests with appointments be present during their session – We do not allow friends/children of guests in the room during a session. This policy helps ensure relaxation for all beem® guests!

🔎Can I use an Infrared Sauna if I have Metal/Silicone Surgical Implants?
Metal pins/rods/artificial joints, or any other surgical implants generally reflect infrared waves & thus are not heated. Always consult your physician prior to using an Infrared sauna with any questions or concerns.

🛁How do you sanitize the Therapy Rooms?
Keeping our saunas clean & sanitized between each use is our top priority. Did you know that infrared heat kills 99% of bacteria and germs? This means that infrared saunas are a very sterilized environment to begin with – but on top of that, we use all non-toxic cleaners to ensure the cleanest & most healthy environment for our guests.

😧What if I’m Late for my Session or have to Cancel?
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we ask for a 4-hour advance notice for a full refund. Any appointments not canceled 4 hours in advance are charged a fee. Includes Memberships/Packages.

🕚LATE ARRIVAL/NO-SHOW POLICY: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled session, or are a no-show, your session will be canceled, & you will be charged a fee. Includes Memberships/Packages.

Our next electrolyte is Chloride!
🌿The cleanest & healthiest sources of chloride are whole, unprocessed foods like seaweeds, celery, tomatoes, lettuce, olives, and rye, which provide the mineral along with other nutrients. For added seasoning, unrefined, mineral-rich salts like Redmond Real Salt or Celtic sea salt are preferred over processed table salt.

🏆Top Clean Sources of Chloride:
🦀Sea Vegetables & Plants: Seaweed (kelp, dulse), celery, 🍅tomatoes, & 🥗lettuce are excellent natural, whole-food sources.
