If you want to lose 15-20 pounds intuitive eating is NOT going to get you there.
I had a client who is a 37 yr old
SAHM of 3
husband just deployed
CrossFits 5d/wk
And wants to lose 20 pounds
Here is the plan to help her lose 20 pounds over the next 4 months👇
1. Taking a look at what she is doing that is already helping her
2. Be real about what isn’t helping her lose weight
3. Send off her metabolic typing test to know exactly what kind of metabolism she has (so we know how well she tolerates carbs & fats AND how to lower inflammation that’s sabotaging her fat loss)
4. Reworking her nutrition so she is in a deficit
5. Making changes as needed so the scale moves down without second guessing what is or isn’t working 🎉
Sooo while the other side of the internet is trying to sell intuitive eating as method for weight loss … I’m not here to BS you 🤎
