How to Work with Your Stones

Cleanse first. You can smoke them with sage, cedar or palo santo. You can set them on or bury them in sea salt, earth or sand. Or you can bathe them in sunlight or moonlight.

Hold the stone and name one clear intention. Feel the energy of that intention rise from your feet, up through your body and out of your hands into the crystal.

Place it where it’s needed most: on the chakra, by your bed, tucked in a pocket or shoe, or on your desk.

Breathe with it a few minutes each day and listen.
Recharge on selenite or earth, in light, or with smoke.

Consistency turns quiet minerals into steady support.
