If you choose Ozempic, Saxenda, or Monjuaro and you are needing a Prior Authorization the cost is $125 additional- In this case your insurance will cover your medication for the time you are in the weight loss program.

This option includes prior authorization form completion if you choose WeGovy, Saxenda or Monjuaro
Medication:
Medication cost is NOT included in the cost for your weight loss visits. The cost for your medication is paid directly to the pharmacy, your medication is mailed to you directly from the pharmacy, once we send your order the pharmacy will call you directly to gather information and payment.
If you prefer we also offer prescriptions (IF YOUR INSURANCE COVERS WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATION) for the following medications as well to assist you on your weight loss journey: Ozempic, Monjuaro, Saxenda if you have insurance that will cover your medication.

$250 + $39 for shipping (ships overnight from pharmacy)
Semaglutide Sublingual Drops Monthly Cost:
1mg/1ml bottle $125 per month
2mg/1ml bottle $200 per month
We use a special pharmacy where the medication is compounded, this is done to keep the cost of your medication low.
Once we send your medication order to the pharmacy they will contact you directly for payment for your medication.
Refills are obtained by calling the pharmacy and requesting a refill and once your refill is filled your medication will be mailed directly to your home.
Other Medication Options:
You can be prescribed Semaglutide Injections, Saxenda Injections or Monjuaro Injections and have your insurance cover the cost.
The cost to have a PRIOR AUTHORIZATION done is $125 if you are in the 3 month weight loss option, it is NOT included in the cost, the prior authorization will be completed for the entire time period you are in the program.
The PRIOR AUTHORIZATION form is INCLUDED with the 6 month option (there is no additional cost, if you paid for the 6 month weight loss plan)
If you absolutely do not like shots, we can put you on Rybelsus tablets which is a Semaglutide pill. We would provide your medication (while supplies last) and mail it to you. If we do not have anymore Rybelsus we will prescribe you your weight loss medication.
