Today on Su***de Prevention Day (September 10), we at Inspired to Grow Counseling want to share a message of hope, support, and understanding. If you’re struggling, please remember you are not alone. Your life matters, and there are people who care about you and want to help.

It’s okay to ask for help. Reaching out is a sign of strength; not weakness and it can be the first step toward healing. Whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, or overwhelming stress, help is available and you deserve support. We all need a little help sometimes, and there is zero shame in that.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or having thoughts of su***de, please reach out. You can call or text 988 (the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline) anytime to connect with a trained counselor for free, confidential support 24/7. There’s always someone ready to listen and help you find hope.

On this day and every day, let’s remind each other that help is out there and hope is real. You are strong, you are loved, and your story isn’t over. 💜 You matter, and the world is a better place with you in it. It’s okay to ask for help and help is only a call or text away.
