Seeking help for mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and bipolar disorder can be challenging, especially when you feel alone, misunderstood, and overwhelmed. You may struggle to manage your daily life; sometimes, getting out of bed can feel impossible. My passion is to hold onto hope for you until you are able to find a sense of purpose, enjoy your life, and hope again.

I offer longer-than-average appointment times for a relaxed, safe, and comfortable experience where you can freely discuss your concerns and have a partner to walk alongside you through your journey to wellness.
