The countdown is ON! In less than one month, the Superheroes vs. Villains 5K & Resource Fair hosted by the Autism Society of Tidewater will bring our community together for a day of fun, awareness, and support.

Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, this is your chance to show up as your favorite hero or villain and support individuals and families in the autism community.

Want to visit the Virginia Zoo in a less overwhelming environment? 🙉 Join us on Sunday, March 29 from 9:30am - 12:30pm for Sensory Friendly Morning, a time when guests of all abilities and needs, along with their families, can enjoy a calmer trip to the Zoo.🩵 This event will include stress-free activities for your Zoo visit, such as adapted programs, activity carts, and more with a reduced number of visitors.
