✨Jessica’s Mommy Makeover: Day 4✨

Day 4 after having a Tummy Tuck, Muscle repair, lipo 360, Brazilian Butt Lift, chin lipo, and tetra co2 resurfacing on the face.

➡️Reality Check #1
- this isn’t as bad as I thought, but I’m a rule follower.

➡️ How I’m feeling:
-tired, not painful , but uncomfortable and inconvenienced.
-abdomen is very tight, face feels normal but slightly itchy. Soreness on all other areas.

➡️Mobility
-started taking short walks down the hallway every 2 ish hours or so
-getting out of bed isn’t difficult or painful, but it’s a slow process.
-only napping and playing on phone on and off

➡️ Swelling + Bruising
-abdomen and face are very swollen.
- face is a little scarey to look at, but no pain is felt
- yellow bruising all over

➡️my setup on day 4
-still in bed, with wedge pillows and a special bbl bed so there is less pressure on my butt (a tummy tuck and bbl at the same time is not normal keep in mind)

At this point, I’m still mostly sleeping and just playing on my phone so I didn’t need anything other than to be fed and watered which my husband did great at.

➡️appetite & hydration
-sleeping so much I’m not really hungry.
-clean eats protein shake in the morning, healthy snacks throughout the day, clean eats meal prep for dinner. My body is getting what it needs, and my husband isn’t having to do a lot to take care of me.
- 2 40 0z tumblers a day, one just water and one with electrolytes

➡️ incision/ dressing/ garments
- at this point I only took down garment once for my post op. Tape still on, sutures still in , still haven’t showered, haven’t washed garment, wiping body down with baby wipes. Wearing compression socks . 2 drains

➡️Appointments
- I’ve had one post op, 2 days after surgery . They just took a peek

It says tummy tuck, but all I see is a YUMMY tuck 😍
