Dr. Casey and Dr. Sammy had such a great weekend at the All Onward Summit in Charlotte. Connecting with like-minded, fitness-forward clinicians and sharpening the skills we use every day with our patients is always energizing. Onward’s mission is to modernize the PT world for both patients and clinicians, and the vibes in the room this weekend made it clear we’re headed the right way. So grateful for this incredible team nationwide.

Pelvic floor problems affect men too! The muscles are similar to women’s but are arranged differently with slightly different functions. Dr. Sammy is specially trained to help men with pelvic floor dysfunction.

So if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, you may benefit from seeing a pelvic floor PT to learn the importance of breathing and bracing mechanics and to rule out any underlying musculoskeletal conditions.

We are so excited to welcome .dpt to the Onward Virginia Beach team!!

Casey specializes in orthopedics and is dry needling certified. Her love for working with active individuals comes from her experience as a lifelong swimmer. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her at spin, pilates, or HIIT classes all around Virginia Beach.

We can’t wait to see the impact she makes!
